The 2014 school year started quietly this past Monday. However, the wannabe members of the Nazi Lowriders and other racist gangs (well, pretty much all gangs are racist, be they Bloods, Crips, or the Aryan Brotherhood) have decided it's time to show their faces again.
The day began with an insult hurled at a Jewish student by a pack of boys. "Hey, you stupid Jew, you're skinny as f***, are they starving you again in the camps?" Later, a different group of teenage boys picked on a disabled Muslim girl, shouting "9/11!" and "Sand n****r!"
It's easy to see where the animosity towards Muslims comes from, with 70% of terrorism worldwide committed by jihadists, but it's inexcusable to shout such things at a girl who can't even stick up for herself. As for the hate towards Jews? One can only guess. Stay classy, Bakersfield.
