Yes, she's back. The same teacher who ranted about Bush has brought politics back. This time, it's in the form of trying to prevent future voters - her students - from voting to base teachers' salaries off how well their students perform.
To illustrate how she perceived this proposed act, she chose students at random and had them help all the students in their row with their algebra. None of the students she chose knew how to do the problem, and they then had to give her one hundred (fake) dollars because they could not help the students. She concluded the lesson by saying, "It's unfair to punish the teacher based on how their students perform."
Now, we're a few years away from being able to vote. But this is more indoctrination just the same. Voters should be allowed to choose how they want to vote themselves, and not have it thrust at them by those in authority. Now, I understand that there are very good teachers and sometimes it's just the students who are not doing well. However, everyone else is paid based on how well they do their jobs. Why not teachers?
